When returning a product for any reason, you must first to contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please follow steps below:

2. Our agent will prepare and provide a return shipping label with the RMA number via email
3. Print the return label and adhere it to your package
4. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges
