When returning a product for any reason, you must first to contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please follow steps below:

1. E-mail us at contact@tifflylah.com with your order ID and a brief description of the problem that is occurring with the product(s) to be returned.
2. Our agent will prepare and provide a return shipping label with the RMA number via email
3. Print the return label and adhere it to your package
4. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges
5. We recommend returning with a trackable shipping method

After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
